You will receive an email from me to download my personal training app and create your account, which will be directly linked to me instantly.

Next, the app will provide you with the brief questionnaire I use to gather your:

- Health and Fitness goals 

- Number of days per week you will exercise

- Equipment you have access to

- Any injuries I should be aware of when building your personal training plan

3.

After I receive your questionnaire, I create your custom personal training plan.

My personal training app is where all exercise plans, demonstration videos, nutrition guidance, direct communication with me via video calls and text will take place.

4.

There will be weekly progress checks to see how things are going with your plan and if you have any feedback.

5.

Your exercise and nutrition plan is updated on a weekly basis as we progress through your personal training based on how your body is adapting

Each plan is unique to every individual client according to your goals, and is designed to provide you with the most effective results.
